Performance <\/strong><\/span><b>ECO<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RESPONSIBLE<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0certification of the Sustainable Industries Council (CSI).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since 2015, Soleno is part of the <\/span><b>ECO<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LEADER industrial Quebec network, by obtaining level <strong>1. Engagement <\/strong><\/span><b>ECO<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RESPONSIBLE<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0certification from the Council for sustainable industries (CSI). With its international scope, this program brings together a set of strategies and tools which aim to improve, in a comprehensive way, business management of the sustainable development. It consists of a four-level certification, an <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>ECO<\/strong>LEADERSHIP<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> methodology<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and two ecoresponsible attestations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2018, Soleno obtained the <\/span><b>ECO<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RESPONSIBLE<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">certification <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Ecodesigned Product for two distinct lines of products. Developed in collaboration with Eco Entreprises Quebec and RECYC-QUEBEC, this program aims at recognizing the ecodesign approaches carried out by companies for the development, packaging and products manufacturing, as well as the environmental features of these packages and products. This improvement approach which aims at reducing the environmental footprint of a product, throughout its life cycle, integrates the following environmental criteria: reduction of virgin materials, optimal design, responsible supply chain and use of recycled material.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Audited by the ECOCERT group, <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the CSI <\/span><\/i><b><i>ECO<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RESPONSIBLE<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">certification <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">goes beyond Quebec\u2019s borders <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and demonstrates our commitment to align our company with future requirements of customers and consumers, in terms of corporate responsibility.
