TX-70
Nonwoven needled geotextile, mainly used for civil engineering works
Made of polypropylene, TX-70 is mainly used for filtration and separation.
- Better permeability than woven geotextile due to its three-dimensional structure and its filtration openings.
- Installed around the net stone backfill in a foundation drain or drainage trench application.
- Used as a filtration and separation geotextile when applied between the clean stone and the ground in place in a retaining wall, embankments and berm application.
- Meets OPSS 1860, nonwoven, Class I, the Table 601-1 of the New Brunswick specification, N1 and Alberta Transportation Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, Table 5.31.3, Type A.
- Tensile Strenght of more than 445N
Selection of the geotextile will be made according to the mechanical and hydraulic properties required.
Now offered in rolls of 3.81 m (12.5 ft).
