Sales Representative

Reporting to the Sales Director, the incumbent will be responsible for promoting Soleno products through regular visits to both existing and potential clients in the region.

• Present and promote our solutions, products, and services to both existing and potential clients,
• using compelling arguments tailored to their needs;
• Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction while
• meeting company objectives;
• Support projects from the proposal stage through to delivery, providing high-quality after-sales
• service;
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adapt our sales strategies;
• Quickly identify customer needs and issues and implement effective solutions to maximize
• satisfaction;
• Actively contribute to achieving the company’s revenue targets;
• Participate in corporate events and deliver persuasive presentations of the company to clients.

Requirements:

• College diploma in civil engineering and/or three (3) years of experience in
• sales and business development;
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Knowledge of the Microsoft environment (BI & NAV);
• Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills;
• Bilingualism (an asset);
• Willingness to travel and maintain a strong field presence.
