TX-800
Nonwoven needled geotextile, mainly used for civil engineering works
Made of polypropylene and polyester, TX-800 is mainly used for separation, reinforcement and protection.
- Better permeability than woven geotextile due to its three-dimensional structure and its filtration openings.
- Provides increased resistance to puncturing and greater resistance to burst strength and tear resistance.
- Improves soil structure and ensures long-term stability of foundation layers.
- Provides high mechanical properties for the internal reinforcement in retaining walls, embankments and berms applications.
- In a watertight basin, geotextiles are used on each side of a geomembrane in order to protect the liner against puncturing.
- In a non-watertight basin, dam, dyke or bank protection application, TX-800 can be used as a separator to counter soil leaching under the riprap.
- Can replace a sand cushion in a basin application.
- Certified by the BNQ according to standard BNQ 7009-210 and grade P3.
- Compliant with the CCDG of MTQ.
Now offered in rolls of 3.81 m (12.5 ft).
