Bioretention System
A vegetated roadside system that captures, filters and infiltrates stormwater runoff through specially engineered bioretention media.
Reduces peak flows, improves stormwater quality and promotes groundwater recharge where site conditions allow.
Bioretention Tree Pit
A prefabricated collection structure that captures stormwater runoff and directs it into a vegetated bioretention system, supporting biofiltration while promoting healthy urban tree growth.
Its durable design integrates seamlessly into streetscapes, helping create more resilient commercial corridors while supporting sustainable stormwater management.
RAUSIKKO® Geocellular Retention System
A modular underground stormwater detention and infiltration system that temporarily stores runoff to reduce peak flows, protect existing storm sewer infrastructure and promote groundwater recharge where site conditions allow.
Its high-void geocellular structure maximizes underground storage within a compact footprint while providing exceptional design flexibility and rapid installation.
Storm sewer system
A dual-wall HDPE pipe that safely conveys stormwater between collection, treatment, detention and discharge systems while maintaining the hydraulic performance of the stormwater network.
Its high-strength construction, watertight joints rated up to 320 kPa (46 psi) and lightweight design ensure long-term performance while simplifying installation.

Commercial Parking
Combining the properties of vegetation and our HDPE solutions, this example of development acts directly at the source to prevent the spread of pollutants throughout the storm sewer system in addition to regulating water flow. It also includes a reinforcement under the grassy area to accommodate additional parking spaces temporarily.
With permeable cladding, rainwater treatment at the source, and a retention chamber, it is the most modern example of development for commercial parking lots.
