Percolation Catch Basin
Solution for stormwater infiltration. An HDPE catch basin designed to collect surface runoff, promote deep percolation and contribute to groundwater recharge when site conditions allow.
The Soleno percolation catch basin is an HDPE stormwater structure designed to collect surface runoff and promote infiltration into the ground. With a perforated lower section, it allows water to percolate deeper into the soil and can contribute to groundwater recharge when site conditions are suitable.
Designed for source-control stormwater management, the percolation catch basin can be configured according to soil infiltration properties, flow rates and project requirements. It is especially relevant for municipal, commercial, institutional and residential projects where stormwater infiltration, runoff reduction and sustainable drainage are key objectives.
- Smooth interior and exterior walls on the upper section, with a perforated corrugated lower section for roadway applications, resistant to loads CL-625, H-25 and HS-25.
- Possibility of having the outer wall corrugated over the entire height of the catch basin for off-road application.
- The risk of heaving due to the freeze-thaw cycle must be taken into account. Soil movement will not affect a catch basin with smooth exterior wall.
- The percolation catch basin allows a deep percolation.
- Available with polyethylene or cast iron grid.
- Perforation available on the whole height of the structure.
Model shown: Catch basin with smooth exterior wall with adjustable cast iron frame and grate assembly
