HDPE accessory, injection molded in factory. Regular tap tee is used to connect a 100 mm (4 in) drain to a 150 mm (6 in) drain.  Long tap tee is used to connect a 100 mm (4 po) drain to a 250 mm (8 in), 250 mm (10 in) or 300 mm (12 in) drain. Used by insertion with a 4 1/8 in hole saw.
